I'm just wondering if I finsih the main quest ( so I can get my cure for Vampirism ) does that mess with any other quests that I haven't done. I have been reading the "Quest Timings" what to do first etc etc ?

No, there aren't much glitches in the game, so you will be fine.

I think the only thing that finishing the main quest can mess up for you is your sigil stone collection!
