Hello, currently there is only the Administrator, moderator, and Graphic designer group, but later there will be more groups.
This is where you go to post your interest in joining a group. Some will have very little requirements, but some, such as the moderator have bigger groups.
Anyway, if you would like to join a group, post it here. Right now, there is no need unless you want the graphic designer group.
